Registration

Attendance is limited to 160 people and registrations are processed in the order received. Telephone reservations will not be accepted. Early registration increases the probability that your first choice of accommodations will be available. If you have any questions about accommodation details, please contact the registrar directly or attach a note to your registration. Cancellations after July 1st are non-refundable.

Instructions: Online registration is the preferred method of registering. Alternatively, you can print the registration and volunteer forms and mail them to the registrar. Registrations will be accepted beginning
January 1.

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, checks or money orders. If your check or money order is from a non-US bank, your tuition balance will be adjusted using currency exchange rates from our bank. However, you may be able to get a better exchange rate at your own bank and send US Funds. Wire transfers are even more expensive for us, so we discourage their use. Contact the registrar for details.

Online Registration:

  1. Fill out the online Registration form, including the Volunteer form.
  2. When you receive an email confirmation from the registrar, send a check or money order to the Treasurer payable to WCBS for at least $85 ($50 deposit plus $35 non-refundable registration fee per family).
    To pay by credit/debit card go the Payment page; a convenience fee will be added to your total.
  3. A Sponsor / Medical Release form is required for all individuals under 18 years old that are attending without a parent. Forms are available from the registrar or can be downloaded.*
  4. Make final payment prior to July 1st. Payments received after July 1st are subject to a late fee of $20 per person.

Mail-in Registration:
(Use only if you do not have access to the internet)

  1. Download* and complete the Registration and Volunteer forms.
  2. Attach a check or money order payable to WCBS for at least $85 ($50 deposit plus $35 non-refundable registration fee per family). Credit/debit card payments accepted on-line only.
  3. A Sponsor / Medical Release form is required for all individuals under 18 years old that are attending without a parent. Forms are available from the registrar or can be downloaded.*
  4. Mail completed forms to the Registrar. (See Committee page.)
  5. Send final payment prior to July 1st. Payments received after July 1st are subject to a late fee of $20 per person.
